We live in complicated times, immersed in a society of incessant, loud, conflicting voices. Nowhere is this more true than in the discussion of the impact of carbon dioxide on the planet, oceans, better known as “climate change.” When interested citizens try to get to the bottom of such a highly complex issue, the standard, and proper, rejoinder is: “Listen to the Experts.”

Although that sounds like common sense, such advice is not as simple as it’s made out to be. For millennia, it was safe to assume that mainstream scientists (as a matter of principle) faithfully adhered to high scientific standards (see below). In our lifetime that has dramatically (and disappointingly) changed.

Today there is an ever-increasing number of scientists driven by political agendas, peer pressure, job security, etc. rather than scientific mores. This change has extraordinary societal implications — and none of them are beneficial.

No one is policing this abandonment of scientific principles. Consider:

Not all priests are exemplary Christian — but when priests violate the rules of Christianity, they are defrocked… Not all lawyers are law-abiding citizen — but when lawyers violate the rules of law they are disbarred… Not all scientists follow the protocols of Science — but when scientists violate the proprieties of Science, they get hired by organizations to help promote their interests!

The object of this proposal is to ensure the British do not lose their country by stealth by 2060 without stopping people coming legally from abroad to improve their lives and contribute to Britain and to ensure that life will be safe for UK women and children. It is important to understand that the lifestyles of non-UK citizens will not be affected in any significant way by these proposals so long as they obey the laws of the UK. However it is important that immigration does not degrade the live style of British people. The rights of the British people must always override the rights of all none British in the UK and in any conflict of Human Rights. The Human Rights of the British citizen must always have precedence over the  Human Rights of non UK people. Human Rights lawyers who exploit Legal Aid should be liable for all legal costs if they lose the case.

Ali those granted UK citizenship post Maastrict should be re vetted to weed out those who have not earned it

The problem with immigration is not the people who migrate to your country but it is the numbers and when those numbers start to exceed a critical level of your countries own population numbers that is when migration into your country becomes a very serious problem indeed.

We now finally all have sight of the official Yellowhammer briefing, but I’m not sure it was worth the wait. The newly-published summary – of the Government’s ‘Reasonable Worst Case Planning Assumptions’ in a no-deal Brexit scenario – certainly does not support the widespread claims that even the Government thinks ‘crashing out of the EU without a deal’ would inevitably lead to ‘shortages of food, medicines and petrol’.

For a start, it cannot be stressed often enough that this document is a list of things that might go wrong, for the purposes of contingency planning, not forecasts of what will actually happen. As the document put it, these are ‘reasonable worst case planning assumptions’. Some have claimed that the version leaked earlier referred to a ‘base case’ assessment, but the same point would still apply.

This is a common misunderstanding of what risk assessments are about. For example, the Bank of England published its own no-deal study in November last year, which referred to some very large falls in GDP. However, in the words of the Bank itself, ‘this analysis includes scenarios not forecasts’. Bank economists deliberately chose extreme assumptions to produce worst-case numbers, mainly for the purpose of stress testing the financial system.

Hydraulic fracturing has been happening in oil and gas wells, including in Britain, for decades. What changed in the past decade was that it was combined with horizontal drilling and became cleaner and more effective.

• UK reported to get some 5000 earthquakes a year – why? We are some 1000 miles from any techtonic plates. Some due to collapsing old mining works but most due to the UK resettling after the Ice Age when there was a glacier 1.5 miles thick on the UK. The great majority are very minor indeed but occasionally over Richter 5. Richter 5 is about 1,000 times more powerful than the Richter 2 in Lancashire near the Fracking drilling. Richter 2 not enough to rattle your tea cups. The Richter scale is logarithmic so each increase is 10 times the previous.
• If earth tremours excede 0.5 Richter for any reason fracking has to stop. That is some 10,000 times less than what the UK can experience naturally. It is reaonable to ask why?
• Why have the BBC not mentioned that?
• The underground trains make more vibrations than 95% of UK earthquakes.
• 20,000 years ago Great Britain was under a glacier 1.5 miles thick. Its great weight pushed the North UK down into the earths crust and the South pivoting up. The ice has gone now and the UK is rising back up in the North and sinking in the South. The continous small earthquakes are due the the UK landmass reasserting itself. Glacial rebound.
• So why do the Green Grollies in our Civil Service want to stop fracking? Could it be they are banning Fracking as a Trojan Horse to bring in the New World Order by stealth or perhaps they have only minimal understanding of what is happening?
• 

The Richter scale is logarithmic. So Richter 2 is 10 time more powerful than Richter 1. Richter 3 is 10 times more powerful than Richter 2 and 100 times more than Richter 1. Richter 4 is 1000 times than R1 more and Richter 5 is 10,000 times more than R 1.

The UK gets a richter 5 earthquake every 10 – 20 years. If a quake of more than 0.5 richter occurs fracking has to stop.
