Official Plan to Depopulate the U.S. by 100 Million

In 1977, The Club of Rome commissioned Cyrus Vance, Jimmy Carter’s Secretary of State, to write The Global 2000 Report to the President.  This is a Draconian plan to reduce the world’s population by means of wars, famine, diseases, and plagues.  The HIV virus and the Aids epidemic became a part of this plan.  Vance further writes about the Committee of 300’s plans to “tame” the common man whom he refers to as “The Enemy.”

“Cause by means of limited wars in the advanced countries, and by means of starvation and diseases in Third World countries, the death of 3 billion people by the year 2050, people they call “useless eaters.”  The Committee of 300 commissioned Cyrus Vance to write a paper on this subject of how best to bring about such genocide.  The paper was produced under the title the “Global 2000 Report to the President” (volume II) (volume III) and was accepted and approved for action by President Carter, for and on behalf of the U.S. Government, and accepted by Edwin Muskie, then Secretary of State.  Under the terms of the Global 2000 Report, the population of the United States is to be reduced by 100 million by the year 2050.”  –Dr. John Coleman, former MI6 British Intelligence Agent, The Conspirator’s Hierarchy: The Committee of 300

“Countless people will hate the New World Order and will die protesting against it.”  –H.G. Wells, The New World Order (1939)

“The militia is the natural defense of a free country against sudden foreign invasions, domestic insurrections, and domestic usurpations of power by rulers … The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them.”  –Joseph Story

David Rockefeller, Banker and advocate of a centralized government

Does David Rockefeller want a New World Order with a One World Totalitarian Government?  “We are on the verge of a global transformation all we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order”  –David Rockefeller

“The drive of the Rockefellers and their allies is to create a one-world government combining supercapitalism and Communism under the same tent, all under their control… Do I mean conspiracy?  Yes I do.  I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent.”  –Congressman Larry P. MacDonald, 1976 (Killed in the Korean Airlines 747 that was shot down by the Soviets), Introduction to The Rockefeller File (1976), by Gary Allen

“For the first time in its history, Western Civilization is in danger of being destroyed internally by a corrupt, criminal ruling cabal which is centered around the Rockefeller interests, which include elements from the Morgan, Brown, Rothschild, Du Pont, Harriman, Kuhn-Loeb, and other groupings as well.  This junta took control of the political, financial, and cultural life of America in the first two decades of the twentieth century.”  –Dr. Carroll Quigley, Tragedy & Hope, Professor and mentor of President Bill Clinton

“We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine, and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.  It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years.  But, the work is now much more sophisticated and 16 prepared to march towards a world government.  The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely prefer – able to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries.”  –David Rockefeller, cofounder of the Trilateral Commission, in an address to a meeting of The Trilateral Commission, Baden-Baden, Germany, in June of 1991

Currently, in the United States of America, only (5) corporations own 99% of all media outlets, including TV, newspapers, and radio.  This consolidation of ownership has led to a huge amount of control over what you, I, and every other American see on TV.  This is a huge problem!

“Pentagon Wants Authority to Post Almost 400,000 Military Personnel in the U.S.”  The reason that this action is extremely disturbing is that it defies both the Posse Comitatus Act  of 1878 (18 U.S.C.1385) and The Insurrection Act of 1807 (10 U.S.C.331 – 335), which are designed to provide checks and balances of power, specifically in regard to the Federal Government.  The last thing that the founding fathers wished for the new land was a federal government with the dictatorial powers of a King.  “Separation of powers” is a key Constitutional principle, which is designed to protect Freedom, by thwarting the centralization of power that has historically lead to despotism.  On October 17, 2006, President Bush signed into law the treasonous John Warner National Defense Authorization Act of 2007, which undermined the Constitution, by bestowing unchecked power to the president to place active military on U.S. soil and could be used to oppress virtuous political opposition of the federal government, dutifully assembled by “We the People”.  This dangerous legislation usurped the power of all governors and permits federalization of our state-based National Guard and other militias without authorization from the states.  This is a blatant abomination of the “separation of powers” and the grand spirit of our Constitution and must be repealed, along with The Patriot Act, which tramples the rights of the people and is just cause for the changing of the guard.

“I believe that there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachment of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.  –U.S. President James Madison

While running for president, Barack Obama said, “We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded,” which is exactly what Hitler did in Nazi Germany with their ”Brownshirts” (Storm Troops), in 1921, which played a key role in his rise to power and it is exactly what Mussolini, with his “Blackshirts,” in 1919, and the Soviet Union did as well.

“No free man shall ever be de-barred the use of arms.  The strongest reason for the people to retain their right to keep and bear arms is as a last resort against tyranny in government.”  –U.S. President Thomas Jefferson

“All propaganda must be so popular and on such an intellectual level, that even the most stupid of those toward whom it is directed will understand it…  Through clever and constant application of propaganda, people can be made to see paradise as hell, and also the other way around, to consider the most wretched sort of life as paradise.”  –Adolf Hitler, German Nazi Dictator, Mein Kampf, (1925)

“Public sentiment is everything.  With public sentiment nothing can fail.  Without it nothing can succeed.  He who molds opinion is greater than he who enacts laws.”  –U.S. President Abraham Lincoln

“It is proper to take alarm at the first experiment on our liberties.  We hold this prudent jealousy to be the first duty of citizens and one of the noblest characteristics of the late Revolution.  The freemen of America did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself by exercise and entangled the question in precedents.  They saw all the consequences in the principle, and they avoided the consequences by denying the principle.  We revere this lesson too much to forget it.”  –U.S. President James Madison

Frederick Douglass, adviser to U.S. President Abraham Lincoln during the Civil War

“Find out just what the people will submit to and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both.  The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”  –Frederick Douglass, adviser to U.S. President Abraham Lincoln during the Civil War (1818-1895)

“The tax which will be paid for the purpose of education is not more than the thousandth part of what will be paid to kings, priests and nobles who will rise up among us if we leave the people in ignorance.”  –U.S. President Thomas Jefferson

Henry Kissinger (Rockefeller front man)

Prepare to be “outraged” at what Henry Kissinger (member of The Committee of 300) was recorded as saying in his speech at a Bilderberg Group meeting.  “Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful.  This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence.  It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil.  The one thing every man fears is the unknown.  When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.”  Unbeknownst to Kissinger, his speech was taped by a Swiss delegate to the Bilderberg meeting in Evian, France, May 21, 1992

“Depopulation should be the highest priority of foreign policy towards the third world, because the US economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries.”  –Henry Kissinger, reported by Leuren Moret, Ph.D. (ABD), Geoscientist, former Scientist at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories, expert witness at the International Criminal Tribunal for Afghanistan at Tokyo, currently an environmental commissioner for the City of Berkeley, CA

“Military men are dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns for foreign policy.”  –Henry Kissinger, as quoted in Kiss the Boys Goodbye: How the United States Betrayed Its Own POW’s in Vietnam (1990), by Monika Jensen Stevenson and William Stevenson

“In Haig’s presence, Kissinger referred pointedly to military men as ‘dumb, stupid animals to be used’ as pawns for foreign policy.”  –Bob Woodward & Carl Bernstein in their book The Final Days, second Touchstone paperback edition (1984, chapter 14, page 194)

“When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic.”  –Dresden James
