2013 – 017 Manifesto promises by Blair, Brown and Cameron

From ‘Brave New Europe?’ Chap 18

Will we have a Referendum?

Is it just another of their many empty promises? Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and Cameron have all reneged on this promise. Even David Cameron’s  ‘Cast Iron’ promise on the feeble excuse that it is now called the ‘Lisbon Treaty’ instead.
A recent court case challenged the decision by Gordon Brown not to have the Labour Party manifesto promise of a referendum, along with the formal statement by Tony Blair that the Labour Party manifesto was a Contract with the People. But Gordon Brown’s barrister Ms. Cecelia Ivimy said on behalf of her client: “They (NuLabour manifesto promises and contracts) are not subject to legitimate expectation”. Astonishing?
Even more astonishing is that the Brighton County Court judge accepted this defence. His judgement was: ‘The public should not expect promises or contracts made in NuLabour Party manifestos to be kept’. A case of lies, damn lies and NuLabour manifesto promises perhaps? From now on any promise in a NuLabour manifesto will be pointless as they can quite legally ignore all promises and contracts made in that manifesto if they regain power.. Presumably that also applies to the Cameron Tories.
The ‘Treaty’ is the Constitution – with a different name. As previously noted: ‘the label on the tin may be different, but the contents are identical’ (see chapter 15 for Mandelson’s statement on referenda and ref. 2006-54). And it should be remembered that the most insidious part of the Lisbon Treaty is that it’s ‘self-amending and does not need to be referred back to elected politicians.

2013 – 016 The EU caused the ‘horse meat’ scandal

http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/news/10244880.North_Yorkshire_company_says_ EU_ban_on_local_product_led_to_horse_meat_crisis/?ref=rss

North Yorkshire company says EU ban on local product led to horse meat crisis –  21st February 2013

A NORTH Yorkshire company which produced desinewed meat before EU regulations banned it last year, has told an MP the new regulations led directly to the appearance of horse meat in UK food.  The owners of Newby Foods, based at Newby Wiske near Northallerton, North Yorkshire, used to supply beef and lamb to all the major supermarkets and food processing companies.  But in March last year the European Commission ruled that desinewed meat – meat removed from the bone – must be reclassified as mechanically separated meat.

The EC banned it with seven days notice, despite the UK Government making it clear there were no health risks associated with the product.  The move left many food manufacturers with a very tight deadline to source an equally cheap source of meat for their products  Newby Foods boss, Doug Manning, said the vast majority of companies his firm supplied prior to the ban have now been found to have been selling products containing horse meat.

Mr Manning, the company’s operations director, said: “We produced pork, chicken, lamb and beef. We’re still producing pork and chicken, but just 50 per cent of the business we had.  “I would say 90 per cent of the companies that had a problem with horse meat, we used to supply.”  He said the ban was devastating for the company, which had to lay off more than a third of its staff – 40 people – a month later and now has £2m worth of meat extraction machinery lying idle in his factory.

2013 – 014 British Farming and the original model for the Common Agricultural Policy

LATEST FROM FREENATIONS
www.freenations.freeuk.com/news-2013-02-27.html

BRITISH FARMING AND THE ORIGINAL MODEL FOR THE COMMON AGRICULTURAL POLICY
by Edward Spalton

Since 1 January 1973 Britain has not had an agricultural policy of its own. British farming and food production have been entirely controlled by the European Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) with the institutions of the UK as its agent. This is a very short note to sketch in outline what our own policy used to be like, what we got into in 1973, where that policy originated and what it is like today.

The 1947 Agriculture Act

Britain had come close to starving twice through submarine blockade in both wars and was also very short of foreign exchange. It was therefore decided to have a policy which would encourage the production of a considerable proportion of our own food whilst allowing all the world to send its food here without customs duty. Farmers received subsidy from the taxpayer to ensure a price at which an efficient farm could be profitable. This was negotiated each year in a price review between the farming organisations and the Ministry of Agriculture, subject to parliamentary approval. So, if the world price of (say) wheat was £25 per ton and and efficient British farmer needed £30 per ton to be profitable, a “deficiency payment” of £5 per ton would be paid. Without this British farms could not compete with overseas areas enjoying more favourable climatic and other conditions. Thus the taxpayer paid once for a degree of food security but the market was otherwise allowed to operate freely. There was bureaucracy but very little by present day standards. Low food prices assisted the less well off and reduced pressure on wages. It was a simple, logical system for a largely urban population . Commonwealth and other countries could ship their produce here freely and our industrial exports flowed in the opposite direction.

The Approach to the changeover

2013 – 013 Deep State really rules the UK -How the Cabinet Office got Lisbon Treaty through parliament without MPs seeing it.

The Lisbon Treaty originally the EU Constitution but was rejected by the French and Dutch citizens. It was then was written in bureaucratic gobbldegook with critical passages moved to other Treaties to hide them and make it impossible for ordinary people to understand and called the Lisbon Treaty. However it has been deciphered There is a small handful of people who love to decode such bureaucratic verbiage into simple everyday wording,

I had several meetings with Nigel Spearing at the House of Commons. For  26 years he was Labour MP for Newham, 18 years member of House of Commons Select Committee on the EU and 8 years chairman of that committee. Although no longer an MP his seniority allowed him an open pass in the House of Commons even into the records room enabling him to ferret out this information.

Our Civil Service is really now The Deep State. They are unelected and mainly self-selected from their own section of society. They are permanent staff who advise ministers and continue in the same post as ministers change. Ministers rarely have much expertise in the job they have been allotted and it takes perhaps 3 years to acquire that knowledge. They are then moved on to another post to be replaced by another inexperienced Minister. The proud boast of the Civil Service was that it was neutral and gave sound advice to ministers irrespective of the politics of the minister. They have now become politicised and consider the ministers to be fools to be manipulated to the collective political views of the Deep State. Their remit is the Globalised New World Order. They are now working behind the backs of elected ministers to implement policies that have not been through parliament. Their behaviour is Malfeasance and should be punishable with dismissal and loss of pension rights.

The way the Lisbon Treaty was passed by parliament is a good example of their manipulations to achieve completely undemocratic parliamentary results to suit their political desires. They have complete contempt for the democratic opinions of the voting public.

The Lisbon Treaty was originally the EU Constitution. This was comprehensively rejected by the French and Dutch. To get around this Giscard d’Estaing , the ex French premier, had the constitution deliberately rewritten in bureaucratic gobbledegook so that it was almost impossible for anyone but a constitutional expert to understand. The label on the tin was different but the contents the same. Several critical passages were removed and hidden in other Treaties. Other passages are in restraint and you need a special pass to see them. Some passages even Merkel and Juncker are not allowed to read. Leads one to suspect there are faceless people who are over Merkel and Juncker. Who are they?

2013 – 012 What Will Happen to the England Rugby, Cricket and Football Teams?

What Will Happen to the England  Rugby, Cricket and Football Teams?

Does anybody know?  European National football teams, (indeed all National sports teams), are quite incompatible with the principles of the EU. The EU Toine Mander’s plan to eliminate all national teams

.
•    Will the Commission allow an ‘
England’ sports team to exist when they have gone to such lengths to remove England from the map of Europe?
•    Would they allow an ‘
England’ team to be selected from nine regions, but a ‘Scotland’ team from only one?
•    Who will be allowed to play for an ‘
England’ that doesn’t exist?
•    This may take years to come about but it is their intention to do so whatever they say.
It may be that parts of eastern
England will be lumped together with bits of Western Europe to form a new soccer team – called ‘Trans-Manche’ perhaps?
The Commission has already signaled its desire, with the Mander’s Plan, to close down all national teams and take full control of European football (Scottish Sun, Jan. 24, 2007).They particularly want this control for its potential as a platform for propaganda, along with the vast sums of money generated, particularly the TV rights (ref. 2006-47).
The Commission is intent, sooner or later, to have the pompous EU Anthem being sung at every European championship match even though it was removed from the LisbonTreaty.

Football clubs linked to a town/city, such as Liverpool and Manchester, will be OK but not national teams.

The Mander’s Plan is out of the public domain as of now but it is on the back burner to be brought back at some time in the future.

2013 – 009 Whatever has happened to our police? Now politicised into an agent of the State

Please forward this hyperlink on to all your contacts and MP  editor@theeuroprobe.org

Our police are now continually accused of Two Tier policing. Television images regularly show the police kneeling, dancing the Macarena, getting cups of tea or standing idly by for left wing activists and foreign protesters while turning out in riot gear when normal exasperated British citizens demonstrate and they are labeled Far Right wing and Nazi thugs (despite the Nazis being Far Left – National Socialist) when their reasonable concerns are completely ignored by our political Illuminati and vilified by the Woke Media. The police are now exploiting Non Crime Hate Speech to close down Free Speech and make up criminal offenses.

The Police Chiefs must now admit that they are more concerned with the human rights of criminals and those who hate the UK than they are of our children and the law abiding public.

The Two Tier policing is surely a major cause of the loss of trust in the police. The senior police make pompous and pious statements after each event that never refer to the root cause of the problem and hardly anyone believes what they say anymore. Another major cause is the political and Media Illuminati are trying to enforce integration onto the Lumpen Proletariat who do not want to integrate as they are quite happy as they are. Could it be the influence of Common Purpose in their upper ranks who view Left Wing transgressions more kindly than what they perceive to be  Right Wing transgressions.

The Lumpen Proletariat are aware that their culture is being changed without our political Illuminati consulting them to see if they want their culture changed. Illegal behaviour by Far Left wing activists is openly tolerated but bad behaviour by so called Far Right (the Lumpen Proletariat) is vociferously condemned  WHY???

2013-006 Has the RSPCA lost its way?

cujexxtwgaav-1
Many of the Charities are now very good cash cows for the management and executive officers. Charities should be required to publish on the internet their accounts giving all costs, salaries and expenses to maintain their charitable status.

It would seem that the RSPCA has been hi-jacked by a group of extremely militant left wing vegitarians. They have said that they are not really interested in getting cats out of trees now but consider themselves to be a ‘Lobby Organisation’. They have spent several £million on an expensive new HQ and recruited several ‘Managers’ on grossly excessive salaries . They should now be rubbing shoulders with the the political elite. How many RSPCA donors voted for this or realised what was happening to this once respected organisation?

2013-005 Mitterand

Mitterrand told his confidante Migouli when he was Premier of France.

“I will have the last word,” Mitterrand replied. “Her island, it’s me who will destroy it. Her island, I swear that soon it will no longer be one. I will take my revenge on the upstart English. I will tie England to Europe, despite its natural tendency for isolation. How? I will build a tunnel under the Channel. Yes. I will succeed where Napoleon III failed.”

Mitterand was an active member of the Vichy French administration co-operating with the German Nazis. When he realised the Germans were going to lose the war he quickly changed sides.

2013-004 Common Purpose and Cameron’s links to it

Common Purpose is a Charity, based in Great Britain, which creates ‘Future Leaders’ of society. CP selects individuals and “trains” them to learn how society works, who pulls the “levers of power” and how CP “alumni” can use this knowledge to lead “Outside Authority” and pervert the demographic process.

It is a crypto Marxist organisation that trains bureaucrats funded by local authorities  on how to covertly infitrate the Frankfurt ethos (see 2012 – 025 & 2014 – 013) into UK institutions. It maintains its influence by ensuring that its alumni are given positions of unaccountable authority with gold plated salaries, pensions and perks so long as they stay ‘on message’. If ever they make a complete and even dangerous mess of their job they will not be sacked – only moved sideways to a similar job or even promoted.

The EU’s top court found that the European Commission was entitled to sack Bernard Connolly, a British economist dismissed in 1995 for writing a critique of European monetary integration entitled The Rotten Heart of Europe.

BRUSSELS — The bell rang three times early on a cold Friday morning before a sleepy Hans-Martin Tillack, an investigative reporter for the German newsweekly Stern, answered the door in his T-shirt and boxers. Six Belgian policemen politely filed in, he recalled, handed him a search warrant and went to work.

For the next 10 hours, they combed through his apartment and his separate office, seizing his computer hard drives, his bank records, his Filofax organizer, four cell phones, 18 boxes of files and a copy of “Spaceship Brussels,” his exposé of fraud and waste inside the European Union. When Tillack complained, he recalled, one of the officers shrugged. In Burma, the policeman told him, “journalists get treated much worse.”

The government is destroying the wealth of savers and pensioners by pursuing short-term economic policies borne out of ignorance and bowing to the selfish demands of noisy, narrow interests. Private sector taxpayers are the first to suffer under a troika of bad policies. But as Greece and the other PIGS show, the public sector will be dragged down too if they insist on beggar thy private sector neighbour.

In summary, the three policies that must be changed to achieve economic recovery are:

I) an end to printing money, or Quantatative Easing.

II) reduction in the size of the state.

III) cease subsidising alternative energy.

2012- -031 Whatever Happened to the ‘Common Market’?

6. Whatever Happened to the ‘Common Market’?
Parliament voted to join the European Economic Community (then the EEC and now the European Union Project) with the 1972 European Communities Bill.  In the middle of para 2-(1) are three words of enormous consequence, the far-reaching significance of which was not fully understood at the time, ‘…without further enactment.’ These innocent looking words enabled all previous – and subsequent – EU legislation to automatically become British law without further enactment by our parliament.

The EEC was continually described as a free trade ‘Common Market’.
Whatever happened to it? Well, there was never any such thing as the Common Market.  Founder member Paul-Henri Spaak, (A Belgian Communist) advised Jean Monnet (acknowedged as ‘the father of the EU) that the only way to achieve the goal – a politically integrated Europe –  is to pretend (i.e. Lie to the public) that it was to be only a ‘Common Market’ – nothing more than a Trade Agreement.
Founder member Altiero Spinelli (an Italian communist) advocated that the aim should be to stealthily assemble the components of a supranational government and only to declare its true purpose at the end of the process by unveiling a ‘Constitution’. (i.e. deceive the public.)
Edward Heath, the Tory prime minister at the time, knew the plan was for the UK to disappear into a ‘Greater Europe’. There was to be a complete loss of our sovereignty, culture and democratic political control of the UK. England would cease to exist. see 2012-029

The EEC was nothing whatsoever to do with ‘free trade Common Market. It was  a Trojan  Horse to get  the UK  into the EU by stealth.

Politicians of the day who were aware of this were told under no circumstances to it discuss that in public. They were to continually insist that it was merely a ‘free trade agreement’ and nothing more – a blatant and deliberate lie.
Heath refused to allow a referendum. He knew it would be lost if the people of the UK were ever to become aware of the true nature of what they would be voting for.
Sir Crispin Tickell, one of Heath’s chief negotiators, later admitted that the government covered up the full implications of membership.
The policy was ‘Don’t talk about this in public’. The BBC also kept all information of what the EEC was about from the viewers.
Heath lied to parliament; he lied to, and deceived, the UK citizens and he knew perfectly well at the time that he was lying.

Why did he do that? – Mr Heath firmly believed that democracy was unsatisfactory and political control should be the exclusive right of himself and his elitist chums.

The Cause of the Financial Crash, the Euro Crisis and the City of London

First we have to get a grasp of what money really is.

In the Stone Age if you had a goat and wanted some chickens you would haggle with someone with chickens over how many chickens your goat was worth

This is bartering.

If you were a bronze axe maker in the Bronze Age your axe may have been worth 5000 chickens. There was no way a bronze-smith could handle 5000 chickens so bits of copper, silver or gold were used instead of barter.

These ‘bits of silver’ evolved into coins of a standard size.

This is money.

For some, the image of a classic Citroen DS passing along the Champsalyses couldn’t be much more French if a man in a striped top and beret walked past swinging a chain of onions.

But that image could soon be shattered as Paris Mayor Bertrand Delanoe readies plans that ban all pre-1997 cars from the city’s streets in bid to curb pollution.

The plans have angered classic-car fans, whose vehicles make up only three percent of the vehicles on Parisian roads, about 365,000 cars, according to Reuters.

It would take some of France’s most distinctive vehicles off the streets, including such iconic vehicles as the aforementioned Citroën DS, the 2CV, the Peugeot 205 GTI hot hatchback and the dependable Renault 4L, along with dozens of others.
