2013 – 036a European Court of Human Rights

Europrobe release No 1       Oct     2013

Please forward this email on to all your contacts and ask them to forward on to all their contacts as well. The object of these Releases is to give citizens the information that is being withheld; suppressed, distorted, clipped or dismissed by our political elite and the BBC i.e. they do not want you to know about it.

1.         The European Court of Human Rights. This was an initiative by Eleanor Roosevelt after WWII. It consisted of 12 highly respected and experienced judges. Now there are 47 judges of whom most are appointed on political grounds. Many have limited legal expertise while others were apparatchiks of communist East Europe. Few have any knowledge of, nor interest in, English Common law where you cannot be arrested without evidence nor held in custody without charge and you are innocent until the State can prove your guilt. They all want to see English Common Law replaced with EU Corpus Juris and you have to prove your innocence.

The ECHR of today bears no resemblance whatsoever to the excellent original concept. It has been hijacked and exploited by the political elite of the EU and their supporters in the British political elite.

Many in the legal profession have become millionaires by exploiting the Human Rights Act to ensure that those who wish our country ill can continue to stay here on full social benefits.

EU Corpus Juris legal system where you can be arrested without evidence and held in custody without charge for an indefinite period. You have to prove your innocence not the State your guilt.

2013 – 034 For those who wish to know what Neo-Chartism is

The People’s Charter of 1838 came from working men who began to assemble to demand an improvement in their conditions of work.  They called for six basic reforms to make the political system more democratic. It was the origin of the Trade Unions and eventually the Labour Party.

  1. A vote for every man over the age of 21;
  2. A secret ballot;
  3. No property qualification for members of Parliament;
  4. Payment for MPs (so poor men could serve);
  5. Constituencies of equal size;
  6. Annual elections for Parliament.

They were assisted by the Primitive Methodists, started in about 1800. They had rejected the authority of ordained priests and felt that they should not have to go through a ‘gatekeeper’ to have an audience with their God. They could not attend church so became streetpreachers and acquired the skills of public speaking. Thus they were able to carry out the public speaking duties for the assemblies.

The Trades Unions were formed with a strong Methodist ethos before being hijacked by the Marxist tendency.

2013 – 033 The Girl Guides have been hijacked by the Frankfurt School of Marxism.

The sinister reason they’re robbing the Guides of God

By Peter Hitchens

|

If this country still had any spirit, tens of thousands of families would this weekend be resigning from the Girl Guides  (or ‘Girlguiding’ as it is now modishly known) and setting up a pro-British, pro-Christian breakaway.

An important youth movement, in which young minds are formed, has been taken over by radical revolutionaries, who plan to cut references to nation and God from the Guide ‘promise’ – a pledge they themselves describe as the organisation’s ‘beating heart’.

They know what they are doing. The same people long ago captured the schools and universities, which are now factories of Left-wing conformism. Now they want the youth movements as well.

2013 – 030 Immigration, Multiculturism and New Labour

The truth at last! Peter Mandelson admits Labour ‘sent out search parties’ to bring migrants here after losing the votes of the working class, writes RICHARD LITTLEJOHN

|

Three months after the 1987 general election, Labour assembled in Brighton for its annual conference. The famous smoke-filled rooms were replete with recrimination and disbelief.

How had the party managed to suffer a third debilitating defeat at the handbag of the hated Margaret Thatcher? Most of the dwindling band of delegates simply couldn’t comprehend why millions of ‘their’ people had voted Conservative yet again.

Neil Kinnock, who even after the polling stations closed was convinced he had won a famous victory, enlightened them.

Secret Report Uncovers Massive Fraud at European Parliament

Chris Davies, a Liberal Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the North-West of the UK, is a member of the Budget Control Committee of the European Parliament. As he told BBC’s Today Programme (listen here), he discovered, quite by chance, that Parliament’s auditors had made a report detailing abuses on a vast scale, abuses that suggest some MEPs are simply plundering the system to enrich themselves.

Notwithstanding that he is a member of the Budget Control Committee, Mr. Davies was only allowed to see the report on condition that he signed all sorts of confidentiality agreements, read the report in a sealed “secret room”, protected by biometric locks and security guards and neither made a copy of nor took notes of the report.

2013 – 026 The Tobin Tax – The EU plot to destroy The City of London as the worlds Financial Centre

The EU is hoping to destroy London as the worlds financial centre and transfer it to Paris and Frankfurt.

Tobin Tax is madness for Europe, and economic war against Britain.

France’s experiment with the Tobin Tax has proved a spectacular flop. Its finance ministry admits that the scattershot levy on financial transactions has raised just a third of the money expected since August. – Daily Telegraph

One French banker told Les Echos that the Tobin Tax was ‘a weapon of mass destruction that is going to ruin London’s  financial sector’
Ambrose Evans-Pritchard
By Ambrose Evans-Pritchard 10 Apr 2013
Total takings will be a paltry €800m in 2013, but that overlooks the much greater damage inflicted on French finance, industry and the government’s own tax base. “France is shooting itself in the foot,” said Paul-Henri de La Porte du Theil, head of French finance industry AFG.
Jean-Yves Hocher from Crédit Agricole said it would cost his company €17bn. One French banker told Les Echos that the tax was “a weapon of mass destruction that is going to ruin our financial sector”.
The Bourse de Paris and the nexus of French funds in Paris was already in slow decline even before this act of idiocy. Le Figaro fears that the entire industry will now whither on the vine.
Nobody seems to be listening to warnings, even when they come from Maya Atig, the soft-spoken director of French debt agency. She said any revenue from the tax would merely offset “the extra costs that we might have to pay” as liquidity drains away and yield spreads rise. Instantly proving her right, Denmark’s €110bn pension fund ATP said it is no longer accepting French bonds as collateral.
Italy has not done much better since it launched its Tobin tax. Undaunted, 11 EMU states, including Germany, will press ahead together in 2014, to the delight of Singapore or New York. “Sheer madness,” said Prime Minister David Cameron.
One wonders how much self-inflicted damage the eurozone can endure. Spot gas prices are already four times higher than in the US. Energy prices as a whole are three times higher. You might as well shut down the European chemical, steel and glass industries.
Yet France has a moratorium on shale gas. Germany is running down its nuclear reactors, relying on a utopian dash for renewables and Baltic wind-power. Italy says it won’t touch shale or nuclear. Buona fortuna.
Euroland is stumbling into ever deeper crisis, left behind in perma-slump as the growth differential with the US becomes entrenched at 2pc to 3pc. We are literally watching the moment when Europe loses its footing in the world.
The Tobin Eleven will impose a fee of 0.1pc for trade on shares and bonds, and 0.01pc for derivatives. These rates are far higher than the Swedish tax in 1989 that led to an 85pc crash in bond sales and a 98pc fall in bond futures, before being abandonded.
ICAP market analysts warn that the tax will “undermine prospects for sustainable economic recovery in the eurozone”, raise borrowing and hedging costs across the board, make EU companies sitting ducks for takeovers and hobble banks as they grapple with €4 trillion of deleveraging. It does not make Europe safer. It will “increase the vulnerability of the financial system”.
The International Capital Market Association says it would devastate the repo market, a vast pawn shop that allows banks to raise funds quickly and easily by pledging assets. It expects transactions to plunge by two-thirds overnight.
Even that may be optimistic. Gabriele Frediani from the electronic market MTS said trades would collapse by 99pc. “The Repo market would disappear overnight,” he said.
The repo market – $8 trillion in the EU and US combined – is a crucial lubricant of global finance. It was a failure of the repo system after the Lehman crash that set off the downward spiral in 2008. “The collapse of the repo market contributed to a liquidity shock that had far-reaching consequences for the global financial system,” said an IMF study.
ICMA says that much of the current collateral system for banks will “cease to be viable” under the current plan. Investors will be driven into “unsecured deposits” not covered by the tax. The European Central Bank would struggle to conduct monetary policy.
It would be some comfort if London were at least able to offer refuge for those fleeing this misadventure, but the tax is drafted in such a way that it catches much of the City’s business. The text covers all assets issued in the Tobin bloc or if there is a Tobin counterparty, even if the trade is in London, and territoriality be damned.
The House of Lords EU Committee says the Tobin Tax will have “far-reaching adverse consequences” for the City and wants a challenge at the European Court. Lord Harrison said he is “highly alarmed” that the Tobin Tax has been allowed to creep on us and slammed the “complacency” of both Whitehall and the City. “Some in London appear to hope that by closing their eyes to the proposal it will go away.”
Whether or not you think there is a concerted assault on Britain, the fact is that for the first time in EU history a major country has been overridden in a field where it is the dominant player and has a vital interest. The rules of the game are that Germany is never threatened on the car industry, nor France on agriculture. This principle has been breached. It is a declaration of economic war.
Let us all agree that top bankers behaved very badly. Let us agree too with Vince Cable that the fraternity operated like a cartel, rewarded far beyond ability or worth to society.
That said, the global crisis would have occurred even if bankers had been saints. The roots lie in the “China effect”, the world “savings glut”, and the whole way that globalisation has worked for 20 years.
The rising powers of Asia and the oil bloc accumulated $10 trillion of reserves, flooding bond markets with money. Japan put $1 trillion into play through the carry trade. Central banks in the West played their part by running negative real interest rates. They set the price of credit too low, especially in Club Med and Ireland.
All this combined into one colossal bubble. Bankers were the agents, not the cause. The witchhunt against them gathering force in this country has a nasty edge, and it has the character of a pogrom in much of Europe. We should be careful.
It is hard to see how this crisis can be defused. Germany’s Wolfgang Schauble has belatedly realised that the EU is playing with fire by pushing the UK too far. British exit would be “catastrophic”, he said, asking how the EU could convince anybody in Asia that it has a future if a key member is walking out.
This olive branch comes late in the day. Euroland leaders cannot exempt Britain from the Tobin tax because they know that their own finance will migrate en masse to London if they do, yet they are too committed to this suicidal enterprise to retreat altogether. So we must fight.

Critics of the euro rescue policy to prepare a report in the “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung” the establishment of a party with the name “alternative for Germany”.
The party calls in their own words, the “resolution of the euro in favor of national currencies or smaller currency unions”. It was also against other “billionaire bailouts” and against a European transfer union.
Thirdly, it calls the “alternative for Germany” the bureaucracy of the EU – which should be done by “reverse transfer of powers to the national level.”
For the parliamentary elections in September
The party is to be officially launched in April and the general election in September to take, but no later than the European elections in June 2014, the newspaper reported.
Founder accordingly the economist and director of the “Association for the Support of the Electoral Alternative 2013”, Bernd Lucke, the journalist and former “FAZ” editor Konrad Adam and publicist Alexander Gauland.
Adam and Gauland value are conservatives. Gauland was once under the right wing of the CDU counting Walter Wallmann Secretary in the Hesse State.
“The mood of the people is a very different”

For years Gauland criticized the loss of conservative profile of the CDU. Compared to the “world” he explained in October his motivation: “I do not see in the CDU, the possibility to further the theme, which is at issue, namely the money and not the rescue euro bailout.”
So he had asked the question of where in Germany give more powers who sought to change a policy that he and “at least a very large minority, if not a majority” thought wrong.
“The mood of the people is quite another,” says Gauland. “And none of the big, established parties captures this mood.” Even within his own party, the CDU, critical voices have “no chance to move in any way something”. In the debate over the debt crisis, he put in all the established parties set a fear, “anti-European or even appear to German nationalist”. “We are unable to formulate national interests,” says Gauland.
“Germany is in the worst crisis of history”
“The Federal Republic of Germany is in the worst crisis in its history,” says the founding manifesto. The “alternative for Germany” wants to save what can still be saved: “. The euro area has proved to be unsuitable Southern European countries into poverty under the competitive pressure of the whole euro countries are on the verge of insolvency.”
On Saturday, founded the “alternative for Germany,” a new Facebook page. Among the supporters of the report, including a disproportionate number of liberal and conservative professors who hold chairs of economics or did.
Also the former president of the Federation of German Industries (BDI), Hans-Olaf Henkel find on the list of supporters. The new party is intended by its own account against the euro bailout, but fully committed to the peaceful unification of Europe.

2013 – 020 The value of party manifestos

What About the UK Referendum promised by Tony Blair, the Liberal Democrats and the Conservatives?
Is it just another of their many empty promises? Tony Blair and Gordon Brown reneged on this promise but so has David Cameron reneged on his ‘Cast Iron’ promise on the feeble excuse that it is now called the ‘Lisbon Treaty’ instead.
A recent court case challenged the decision by Gordon Brown not to have the Labour Party manifesto promise of a referendum, along with the formal statement by Tony Blair that the Labour Party manifesto was a Contract with the People. Blair gave a copy of his book to the Labour Party Activist in Worthing who complained that Labour had broken the contract and a court case followed. But Gordon Brown’s barrister Ms. Cecelia Ivimy said on behalf of her client: “They (NuLabour manifesto promises and contracts) are not subject to legitimate expectation”. Astonishing?
Even more astonishing is that the Brighton County Court judge accepted this defence. His judgement was: ‘The public should not expect promises or contracts made in NuLabour Party manifestos to be kept’. A case of lies, damn lies and NuLabour manifesto promises perhaps? From now on any promise in a NuLabour manifesto will be pointless as they can quite legally ignore all promises and contracts made in that manifesto if they regain power. (ref. 2008-15). Presumably that also applies to the Cameron Tories.
The ‘Treaty’ is the Constitution – with a different name. As previously noted: ‘the label on the tin may be different, but the contents are identical’ (see chapter 15 for Mandelson’s statement on referenda and ref. 2006-54). And it should be remembered that the most insidious part of the Lisbon Treaty is that it’s ‘self-amending. Very similar to the 1933 Nazi Enabling Act to allow Hitler to completely bypass the elected Reichstag.

It should be remembered how judges are selected  read  http://www.theeuroprobe.org/2013-020-the-value-of-party-manifestos/

2013 – 019 Whistle Blowers

Whistle Blowers are traitors to the political elite but heros to the lumpen citizens.

Whistle Blowers (WBs)

The EU is riddled with fraud. To alarge extent it is encouraged so that once someone has given in to the temptation they are complicit and it is then doubly hard to withdraw from that rotten etiquette. Once you take the Devil’s Euro you are his man.
WBs are people within the system who seem to be the only EU personnel who do not to have immunity from dismissal! They are either basically honest and probably overcome with shame at what they find they are involved in. In the EU, it’s usually continual fraud by national institutions, favoured commercial companies, MEPs or EU officers – ultimately all funded by you, the taxpayer.
Whistle blowers may be unable to report their findings or suspicions to their immediate superiors as these people are often complicit in, or very tolerant of, the fraud the WB wishes to expose. The only viable option left is to inform the press.

In EVERY case, so far, the Whistle Blower has eventually been sacked.

The usual reason given is that he/she is ‘over-stressed’ or ‘mentally ill’ and can no longer do their job properly. The frauds they exposed are usually completely ignored and mostly continue to this day.
Former Labour leader Neil (now Baron) Kinnock was specifically tasked with dealing with the rampant fraud within the EU when he was appointed as a Commissioner. He ended up overseeing the sacking of EU chief accountant, Marta Andreasen, who exposed massive financial irregularities. see her book Brussels Laid Bare for the full sordid story.
The European Commission have a very interesting procedure with internal fraud.
•    THE FRAUDSTER is sometimes transferred to another post, but continues to work, get his full salary and benefits
•    THE WHISTLE BLOWER is suspended on half pay and eventually sacked (ref. 2007-22, 2008-16).
The crime is not the fraud but exposing it – and informing you, the taxpayer.

2013 – 018 An interview with Soviet dissident Vladimir Bukovsky about the EUSSR

Former Soviet Dissident Warns of EU DictatorshipAn interview with Vladimir Bukovsky about the impending EUSSR

From the desk of Paul Belien on Mon, 2006-02-27 21:13

Vladimir Bukovksy, the 63-year old former Soviet dissident, fears that the European Union is on its way to becoming another Soviet Union.

In a speech he delivered in Brussels last week Mr Bukovsky called the EU a monster that must be destroyed, the sooner the better, before it develops into a fully fledged totalitarian state.

Mr Bukovsky paid a visit to the European Parliament on Thursday at the invitation of Fidesz, the Hungarian Civic Forum. Fidesz, a member of the European Christian Democrat group, had invited the former Soviet dissident over from England, where he lives, on the occasion of this year’s 50th anniversary of the 1956 Hungarian Uprising. After his morning meeting with the Hungarians, Mr Bukovsky gave an afternoon speech in a Polish restaurant in the Trier straat, opposite the European Parliament.

In his speech Mr Bukovsky referred to confidential documents from secret Soviet files which he was allowed to read in 1992. These documents confirm the existence of a conspiracy to turn the European Union into a socialist organization. I attended the meeting and taped the speech.

A transcript, as well as the audio fragment (approx. 15 minutes) can be found below. I also had a brief interview with Mr Bukovsky (4 minutes), a transcript and audio fragment of which can also be found below.

2013 – 016 The EU caused the ‘horse meat’ scandal

http://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/news/10244880.North_Yorkshire_company_says_ EU_ban_on_local_product_led_to_horse_meat_crisis/?ref=rss

North Yorkshire company says EU ban on local product led to horse meat crisis –  21st February 2013

A NORTH Yorkshire company which produced desinewed meat before EU regulations banned it last year, has told an MP the new regulations led directly to the appearance of horse meat in UK food.  The owners of Newby Foods, based at Newby Wiske near Northallerton, North Yorkshire, used to supply beef and lamb to all the major supermarkets and food processing companies.  But in March last year the European Commission ruled that desinewed meat – meat removed from the bone – must be reclassified as mechanically separated meat.

The EC banned it with seven days notice, despite the UK Government making it clear there were no health risks associated with the product.  The move left many food manufacturers with a very tight deadline to source an equally cheap source of meat for their products  Newby Foods boss, Doug Manning, said the vast majority of companies his firm supplied prior to the ban have now been found to have been selling products containing horse meat.

Mr Manning, the company’s operations director, said: “We produced pork, chicken, lamb and beef. We’re still producing pork and chicken, but just 50 per cent of the business we had.  “I would say 90 per cent of the companies that had a problem with horse meat, we used to supply.”  He said the ban was devastating for the company, which had to lay off more than a third of its staff – 40 people – a month later and now has £2m worth of meat extraction machinery lying idle in his factory.

2013 – 014 British Farming and the original model for the Common Agricultural Policy

LATEST FROM FREENATIONS
www.freenations.freeuk.com/news-2013-02-27.html

BRITISH FARMING AND THE ORIGINAL MODEL FOR THE COMMON AGRICULTURAL POLICY
by Edward Spalton

Since 1 January 1973 Britain has not had an agricultural policy of its own. British farming and food production have been entirely controlled by the European Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) with the institutions of the UK as its agent. This is a very short note to sketch in outline what our own policy used to be like, what we got into in 1973, where that policy originated and what it is like today.

The 1947 Agriculture Act

Britain had come close to starving twice through submarine blockade in both wars and was also very short of foreign exchange. It was therefore decided to have a policy which would encourage the production of a considerable proportion of our own food whilst allowing all the world to send its food here without customs duty. Farmers received subsidy from the taxpayer to ensure a price at which an efficient farm could be profitable. This was negotiated each year in a price review between the farming organisations and the Ministry of Agriculture, subject to parliamentary approval. So, if the world price of (say) wheat was £25 per ton and and efficient British farmer needed £30 per ton to be profitable, a “deficiency payment” of £5 per ton would be paid. Without this British farms could not compete with overseas areas enjoying more favourable climatic and other conditions. Thus the taxpayer paid once for a degree of food security but the market was otherwise allowed to operate freely. There was bureaucracy but very little by present day standards. Low food prices assisted the less well off and reduced pressure on wages. It was a simple, logical system for a largely urban population . Commonwealth and other countries could ship their produce here freely and our industrial exports flowed in the opposite direction.

The Approach to the changeover

2013 – 013 Deep State really rules the UK -How the Cabinet Office got Lisbon Treaty through parliament without MPs seeing it.

The Lisbon Treaty originally the EU Constitution but was rejected by the French and Dutch citizens. It was then was written in bureaucratic gobbldegook with critical passages moved to other Treaties to hide them and make it impossible for ordinary people to understand and called the Lisbon Treaty. However it has been deciphered There is a small handful of people who love to decode such bureaucratic verbiage into simple everyday wording,

I had several meetings with Nigel Spearing at the House of Commons. For  26 years he was Labour MP for Newham, 18 years member of House of Commons Select Committee on the EU and 8 years chairman of that committee. Although no longer an MP his seniority allowed him an open pass in the House of Commons even into the records room enabling him to ferret out this information.

Our Civil Service is really now The Deep State. They are unelected and mainly self-selected from their own section of society. They are permanent staff who advise ministers and continue in the same post as ministers change. Ministers rarely have much expertise in the job they have been allotted and it takes perhaps 3 years to acquire that knowledge. They are then moved on to another post to be replaced by another inexperienced Minister. The proud boast of the Civil Service was that it was neutral and gave sound advice to ministers irrespective of the politics of the minister. They have now become politicised and consider the ministers to be fools to be manipulated to the collective political views of the Deep State. Their remit is the Globalised New World Order. They are now working behind the backs of elected ministers to implement policies that have not been through parliament. Their behaviour is Malfeasance and should be punishable with dismissal and loss of pension rights.

The way the Lisbon Treaty was passed by parliament is a good example of their manipulations to achieve completely undemocratic parliamentary results to suit their political desires. They have complete contempt for the democratic opinions of the voting public.

The Lisbon Treaty was originally the EU Constitution. This was comprehensively rejected by the French and Dutch. To get around this Giscard d’Estaing , the ex French premier, had the constitution deliberately rewritten in bureaucratic gobbledegook so that it was almost impossible for anyone but a constitutional expert to understand. The label on the tin was different but the contents the same. Several critical passages were removed and hidden in other Treaties. Other passages are in restraint and you need a special pass to see them. Some passages even Merkel and Juncker are not allowed to read. Leads one to suspect there are faceless people who are over Merkel and Juncker. Who are they?
